Situated only 10/12 minutes walk from the Camposol Commercial Centre shops, supermarkets and about 22 restaurants and bars. Huge 10M x 10M VERY PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL for your sole use. As well as this massive pool we now have, uniquely on Camposol, a TOTALLY SEPERATE KIDS SPLASH/ADULT CHILLOUT POOL (ideal for ladies who don´t like wet hair!).Unlike many villas that have their pools at the front and open to the street, our pool is to the rear and very private. The villa is only 15 minutes drive from the beautiful BLUE FLAG beaches of the gorgeous Spanish seaside town of Puerto de Mazarron with it's lovely palm lined promenade packed with every type of restaurant, all facing the sparkling Mediterranean Sea, also here is the brand new marina with an array of fabulous motor yachts and cruisers. Sorry but this villa is only available to careful families, Hen / Stag or similar parties are NOT accepted. Please note, unlike many villas and properties where you will get very basic accommodation with all the plates, knives, forks and cups counted and to be signed for (you get the idea) with our villa you get a complete home and where you are treated like a friend not a customer. Our owner is only 5 minutes away and is available instantly for any possible problems. It should be noted, when comparing holiday villas, Camposol is a large urbanization and is over 3 miles long, many villas are literally miles away from any shops or restaurants. Walking miles carrying shopping in full summer heat is very heard work, our villa is only 10/12 minutes easy flat walk away from all the amenities that Camposol has to offer.
