It enjoys a beautiful aspect and panoramic views of the Sancy massif. You have a pretty, tree-lined courtyard at the front, and at the rear of the house, a large, secluded garden with a terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside. On the first floor, you will find a large, bright living room of 55 m², with its large farmhouse table, its traditional fireplace, and its old-fashioned scullery. In the same room is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a living area with a TV. A hallway leads to two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet.
