With this stunning modern villa you are just 100m away from the lagoon and beaches that surround it.
Set within its own private plot the villa has a swimming pool, large terrace area for outdoor dining or relaxing in the 320 days of sunshine here each year.
Inside on the main floor there is a spacious living and dining area, fully fitted kitchen with appliances, all which can be extended out via the full height sliding glass doors to the terrace and swimming pool area.
Back inside on the main floor still is the first double bedroom with fitted warrdrobes, air conditioning and access to the house bathroom.
In the hallway is the staircase leading down to the amazing basement area, here you have a large sofa area with TV, perfect for movie nights.
The basement has the benefit of 2 spacious double bedrooms complete with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans. Both rooms have access to the lower floor bathroom.
The first floor houses the stunning Master Suite with its modern en suite bathroom and access to its own private terrace with spectacular views of the lagoon.
From the landing there is access to the rear staircase which leads up to the beautiful roof top solarium. Here you have space to relax or entertain friends, with the outdoor bbq area and views over the lagoon and resort.
