Its ceilings—over five metres high—enormous windows, and mezzanine bedroom create a unique space filled with natural light, designed for a comfortable and memorable stay. Everything in the apartment, including all its furnishings and equipment, is brand new. It is also highly energy-efficient, with an electric water heater and heat-pump climate control, without the use of gas or other fossil fuels.
