There is air-conditioning in all rooms, and we have gas central heating for the cold winter. And this house has an additional fireplace in the living room.
Outside you will find a cosy terrace and a sunny roof terrace on the upper floor.

The living area is about 113 m2. The property is south-west facing and very sunny in winter.
