This stunning Spanish villa sits high on Monte Pego, a mountain within a short drive of the blue flag beaches in northern Costa Blanca. A modern shopping mall with supermarket and the old city of Denia only a short car journey away. Denia is famous for its local tapas and seafood restaurants, and has a ferry which offers day trips to Majorca. The nearest beach is Devesses, which offers miles of beautiful sandy beach and is a short 15 minute drive away.
The entire villa (on 2 levels), sleeps 12- 3 bedrooms on each level, 5 of which are double and 1 twin (two single beds).
The upper level and lower level can be independent of each other, and the upper level can be booked separately as 3 bedroomed accommodation, if required. Please contact the owner for prices and availability.
The villa is completed to an exceptionally high standard, with four luxurious bathrooms (2 of which are en-suite) plus an outdoor pool shower room, and fully equipped modern kitchens with American fridges, and utility rooms on each level with washing machines, and tumble dryers.
The lower level has easy exterior access via external steps to the side of the property with a sun terraces, with a gas BBQ, which enhances your enjoyment of sumptuous holidaying. All of this, plus breath-taking panoramic views across the Costa Blanca.
The upper level of this splendid villa hosts a magnificent pool, heated by the sun.
The pool terrace features sun-beds for sun-lovers, lawn offering some shade under an old olive tree; there are fixed sun awnings to provide additional shade from the sun on the poolside patio and on the lawn, a gas BBQ, and a covered veranda for dining, providing superb indoor/outdoor living and revealing spectacular views over the Segaria mountains and the coastline towards Valencia.
This property makes for a fabulous all year round escape, and also makes for a cosy retreat in the cooler months.
The spacious living areas, are fully equipped with wifi, air conditioning throughout, and satellite TV channels in English, French, and German. The upper level master bedroom also features a 42'' satellite TV for use with the Blu-Ray/DVD player.
