It’s perfectly equipped for two people. The owner has a knack for creating a modern, cozy atmosphere in bright, friendly colors with a touch of maritime romance.



Many guests will choose the terrace as their favorite spot. Only a small residential street, a landscaped green strip with native cacti and agaves, and the seaside promenade (Paseo del Mar)—which gives the apartment its name—separate it from the deep-blue Atlantic Ocean.



A second terrace adjoins the bedroom at the back and offers a sunny spot for breakfast on most days.

Depending on the apartment’s location, there may be small monitoring devices installed to measure CO2 levels. However, the readings have been completely normal for over a year; this is purely a safety precaution.
Paseo del Mar:
Paseo del Mar is located on the first floor of a two-story building right on the waterfront. It owes its name to the promenade, which forms a particularly pretty stretch here thanks to the greenery. The blue house, where you can almost breathe in the sea breeze, is located on the upper, quieter seaside part of Puerto Naos, on the right as you drive into town. The entire neighborhood is relatively new and, with its pastel-colored houses, looks more appealing than the center of Puerto Naos.



The ground-floor apartment has two terraces: one at the front facing the sea and one in the patio on the opposite side. Both are furnished and landscaped and offer shade or warmth depending on the sun’s position. You can only see the sea from the front terrace while standing, but the promenade is directly across the way.

The living space is compact at approximately 45 square meters, but it’s laid out so well that you still don’t feel cramped. There is a semi-open living/dining room with an adjoining built-in kitchen, a TV, a reading lamp, a wicker reading chair, a couch, and a beautiful dresser. There is also a dining table that seats 3 people. A fourth chair can be added if you ever invite friends from the beach over for a meal. The kitchen is charmingly separated from the rest of the space by light-colored, sliding blinds. It is adequately equipped and offers everything self-caterers need for cooking.
Opposite the kitchen is the small bathroom with a shower tray, sink, and toilet.



The bedroom is located at the far end of the apartment. It features a comfortable double bed, two nightstands, reading lamps, a small bench, additional seating and storage space, a built-in closet with a safe, and a large window wall (protected by blinds and curtains) with a patio door.



The terrace facing the sea has a beautiful awning, while the rear terrace features a sun sail. There is also a washing machine available for guests here.
