Beautiful family house for rent (for 6 people) with a very practical and pleasant layout (unique by Spanish standards!) in Valle del Portet near Moraira. In a small urbanization of 21 detached villas with beautiful blue Spanish roofs and their own private swimming pools.
The villa has its own (modest) driveway with sliding gate. Upon arrival, the exotic palm tree greets its guests.
The entrance is on the middle floor, the house has 3 in total. On all floors there are large terraces overlooking Vall del Portet and the Pignon Idfach of Calpe. And a sea view 4 km away! For walkers, the wild beach with cliffs, caves and azure blue water of Calle Moraig can be reached in half an hour's walk.
With its south-facing location, there is sun all day long and the large windows and sliding doors make the house very light inside. The view from the comfortable sofa in the living room is phenomenal; on the left through the window the green hill of Cumbre del Sol, straight ahead the sea of Moraira and on the right the large smart TV.
There is plenty of shade where it is needed. The naya off the living room has shade all day long and a large dining table with chairs for 8 people. On the floor below, 1 of the 2 bedrooms has large sliding doors and you can walk straight onto the pool deck and dive into the private pool! Then take a nice warm or cold shower in the open air. Under the naya on this terrace below is a comfortable dining table with 4 chairs (adjustable in positions) with Hartmann cushions.
Furthermore, 4 sun loungers with thick large cushions and an awning that is adjustable to provide the desired shade. The swimming pool is an infinity pool that flows into the sea through the blue glass wall and has a maximum depth of 1.60 m.
After entering through the front door you enter the large hall. Straight ahead is the beautifully tiled large guest bathroom with toilet. On the right is the door with entrance to the living room with open kitchen and double sliding doors and a large window. Attractively decorated in sand colours, large sofa with ottoman and a sitting table with chairs for 4 people. The kitchen is complete with refrigerator and separate freezer compartment, oven, microwave, ceramic hob and dishwasher. The lighting is attractive in warm colors, but also functional. There are Ibiza style lamps on all floors outside that illuminate the house beautifully in the evening. The swimming pool also has 2 halogen lamps that make the view very special in the evening.
From the hall you go up the round stairwell to the master bedroom. It has a large built-in wardrobe with sliding doors and a beautiful view from the large double bed of the palm tree, the green hills and the sea. This bedroom has a spacious bathroom en suite, with bath and shower, toilet, bidet, a 2nd shower and sink. A large terrace with 2 sunbeds, round glass table with 4 chairs and beautiful views of Calpe can be reached through the door in the hall on this floor.
From the hall at the entrance and the stairwell down, you reach the bottom floor with 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a bathroom with toilet and shower and a very practical utility room with washing machine. An outside door gives access to the large pool deck, the outdoor shower and the beautifully tiled BBQ.
