The property is composed of 5 bedrooms: 1 twin bedroom on the lower floor with an additional pull-down bed, 2 double bedrooms on the first floor (with en-suite bathrooms) and 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor (with en-suite bathrooms), as well as a total of 6 bathrooms.
The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you may need for home cooking including a hob, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, dishes & utensils, and a laundry room with a washing machine is also available. The living / dining room is spacious and fully furnished to the highest standards of comfort. There is also a games lounge on the lower floor with a pool table and table football, providing hours of enjoyment.
Outside, a large private swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) invites you to jump in and soak up the sunshine, while the spacious patio area by the pool provides the perfect spot to relax, gather friends and family and enjoy al fresco meals prepared on the barbeque.
Located in the Montechoro area of Albufeira, the villa is a short walk from all amenities necessary for your holiday including supermarkets, a selection of restaurants, cafes, shops, bars, and banks.
