Our apartment is located in the Via Sol residence, surrounded by nature and with common spaces ideal for family leisure time. If there is no snow, the community garden is an ideal space to enjoy with children in the zip lines, swings and cabins.
If you do not have children, you will enjoy the proximity of the slopes and countless activities in the surroundings. There are excellent views of the mountains. BBQ area and parking inside the residence.
Detail:
Spacious and bright living room with integrated kitchen. All appliances and kitchenware is new (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Nexpresso machine, oven, fridge, freezer). It has two bedrooms, one double and one with a triple bunk with a small reading and relaxing space. We have a travel cot and the sofa in the living room makes a bed. The bathroom has a bathtub, hairdryer and washer / dryer.

Our apartment is a ground floor so it is easily accessible for people with mobility difficulties. Consult for particular cases.

How to move
The car is necessary, since the residence is located away from the urban area of Font Romeu. If you visit us in winter, you will be 15 minutes from the ski slopes of Font Romeu / Pyrynees 2000 by car. You can also travel to the village of Font Romeu on the skisbus which stops 100 m from the residence. A 15 minutes walk from the residence (or 5 by car) there are municipal tennis courts, basketball and soccer. 5 min from the center of Font Romeu where you will find all services. At 200mts from the residence is the station of the mythical "Train Jaune", that runs all the French cerdanya in all the seasons of the year.
15 minutes from Llívia and 20 minutes from Puigcerdà.
Activities to do in the area:
Ideal to enjoy mountain activities both in winter (skiing) and in summer (mountaineering, hiking, climbing, horse riding), as well as walking, golfing, tennis and enjoying the gastronomy in Puigcerdà, Llívia or Font Romeu. 15 minutes and 30 minutes are the thermal baths of Llo and Saint Thomas respectively. In Err there is a fun water park for children. In Les Angles you can visit the Parc Animalier.
