In the kitchen there is everything you would need including hob, oven, fridges and freezer, Aire fryer, dishwasher and washing machine and of course a much needed large wine cooler.
Outside there is a beautiful private (heated) swimming pool and a hot tub with jets plus coloured fountains.
There is a dining area outside and eight sun-loungers plus rattan furniture depending on how you wish to relax.
The property has views across the ocean and from the house you can see Fuerteventura.
As you exit the property a three min walk within the gated community leads you to a community private gate that gives access to the beach and ocean with excess rock pools for catching fish and crabs.
The villa provides a personal safe (free to use), house alarm and separate smoke alarm.
The pool team will come weekly to maintain both the pool and hot tub so as to enhance your stay.
The villa applies to all laws by the Lanzarote authorities (many aren't!) .
