The beautiful urbanization is located in a privileged area of Altea and offers stunning views, a well-kept garden, and a refreshing chlorine pool, measuring 10 x 9 meters with a depth ranging from 1 to 3 meters. It includes a children's pool measuring 4x4 meters with a depth of 0.50 meters. The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off the chlorine or salt before heading up to the apartment, located on the first floor of the building (no elevator). The spacious private terrace is perfect for relaxing and admiring the wonderful sea views.
The interior of the apartment boasts a modern and bright style with a special Mediterranean touch. The living-dining room offers a Smart TV and two comfortable sofas accommodating our 8 guests. The kitchen opens to the dining area through a small bar and is equipped with a ceramic hob.
