Villa Guerreiro is a family sized property located near the village of Ferreiras (near the Albufeira-Ferreiras train station). With a delightful outdoor space including a garden, brick BBQ and private fenced swimming pool and located within a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and supermarkets, this charming villa is an excellent choice for families with small children looking to relax away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
The property has 4 bedrooms with air-conditioning: 3 double and 1 twin, 1 bathroom and a W.C.
The main kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking with a coffee machine, dishes and utensils, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator, hob and toaster. An additional kitchen is also available by the outdoor brick BBQ. Separated from the main kitchen by an archway is the dining area and living area, with sofas and TV.
The property is completely walled and fenced, located in a quiet residential area in the countryside. The swimming pool is south-facing and located at the back of the property, with a large seating area and BBQ nearby for enjoying family meals al fresco.
In the town of Ferreiras (within a short walk) you can find all amenities including restaurants, bars, cafés and supermarkets. The Albufeira-Ferreiras train station is just a 4 minute walk away. The Salgados Golf Course and nature reserve, with a lagoon and pedestrian walkway (great for bird watching), are located within a short distance by car, as well as beautiful beaches such as Salgados, Lourenço or São Rafael. Albufeira town, with its colourful marina, charming old town along Pescadores beach and the Strip, with quality restaurants, pubs, shops and sparkling nightlife, is located within a 10-minute drive.
