Positive: The facilities were very good all we needed was there air-conditioning, kitchen appliances, toiletries, the location was great surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores

Negative: The receptionist first of all you can only talk to her by phone we paid but still she didn't give us the room until I sent her an email with photo of credit card from back and front , we stood an hour and a half at the ground floor speaking to her on phone and she explained that we have to use a red box containing a self check in procedure and we had to pay the tourist fee I told her there was a problem using the self check in and the payment didn't work she said she cant come down yo help and I told her we can come to her office and pay she refused she said you won't take the room until photo of card sent and left us waiting until I sent her email The bedroom had a closet over the bed so everytime you wake up our heads keep bumping into it I reached out for booking.com customer service they were quick and efficient and thank them for their service
