It is surrounded by a wrap-around terrace, which is bordered on one side by a quarry stone wall. After a dip in the pool, ten sun loungers await you. If you prefer a bit more shade, you can find a cosy spot under one of the two parasols or under one of the trees. From here you have a wonderful view over the countryside, giving you the feeling of being in the middle of nature while still enjoying all the advantages of a small town. The potted plants on the terrace and the trees between the pool and the villa also contribute to the typical Mallorcan flair of the property. The villa offers children a wide range of holiday activities in addition to all the outdoor facilities already mentioned, they can also have fun on the water slide, the swing and the trampoline. There is also a large selection of toys available. In addition to the pavilion, which adjoins the terrace on one side and invites you to relax in summer, a covered terrace houses a fully equipped outdoor kitchen including a TV.
