The villa is on the same flat level as the tennis centre and main shops so no hill to climb. There are 31 steps from the parking area to the first external door on the ground floor level.

Our views over the golf course and to the Man Manor and around to the mountains are beautiful.
There is a year round, hugely respected Tennis Centre, plus a wide range of children’s sporting and performance programs during peak season/holidays (tennis, padel, golf, football, cricket, rugby and more).
The trails of the clifftop natural park that encircles the resort show views of the Med which are stunning. Hiking or running (there are organised groups), it’s a great workout. Also bicycle hire is available locally.
Short drive to beaches/coves, horse riding, charming seaside town of Cabo de Palos (with scuba), ample retail therapy at the Espacio Mediterraneo mall on the way to the historic naval city of Cartagena.
Murcia airport is just a 35 minute drive to LMC and Alicante airport is 70 mins away.
