Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Its a bit weird and quite worn out, but it is convenient for accessing the tourist area and the little pool on the roof was good to cool off in the afternoon. It is quite cheap for the number of bedrooms.

Negative: Communication was challenging. We were asked to give 30 mins notice of our arrival time. We gave over an hour's notice of arrival time and we were told that was ok. When we arrived, we asked to be let in. The owner said she was at work and so could not talk to us but that her husband was coming. We asked for his number to communicate directly, but she wouldn't provide it. We waited in the boiling heat for 30 mins with our children and eventually we were told that the husband had been inside the apartment the whole time (the number of the apartment is not provided in advance and access is restricted so you can't just go and knock). All in Spanish. Overall, it felt like the owner thought she was doing us a favour not running a business.
